
About the Camp
The Ultimate Percussion Experience.
Treasure Coast Percussion Camp (TCPC) is an annual summer camp held in Vero Beach, FL that provides a diverse musical experience for percussionists from 6th through 12th grade.
TCPC offers classes in multiple areas of percussion. Students in the Middle School Camp will will gain experience on all the core areas they to succeed in band: snare drum, mallets, timpani, drum set, hand drums, and auxiliary percussion. The High School All-State Camp will prepare students on higher level snare drum, mallets, and timpani, as well as scales and sight-reading. The High School Drum Set Camp will teach students all the necessary skills to play in a high school jazz band and beyond. The High School Drumline Camp will allow students to perform will students of similar abilities and prepare them for high school drumline, college drumline, WGI and DCI. Professionals in the field teach the classes and share their expertise in age-appropriate, ability-based workshops. Students learn about basic techniques to advanced musical concepts and ensemble performance. Nationally recognized clinicians and artists from all over the country deliver insightful masterclasses and inspiring concerts.
What a day at TCPC looks like:
Middle School Camp - MONDAY
Middle School Camp is a full day experience where students are grouped by their grade level and rotate between various sessions throughout the day. The camp day usually ends with a performance led by guest clinicians.

High School Camps - TUESDAY through FRIDAY
Our High School Tracks are separated into 3 focus areas: All-State Preparation, Drum Set, and Marching Percussion. Students will have the option to register for multiple camp tracks. The Drumline Camp will group students of similar skill together so that all levels are can take part - whether they are brand new, have some experience, or are extremely experienced and ready for advanced skills.
